The mid-terrace house is located in a quiet, nice residential area. The house has a small, modernly designed front garden, as well as a balcony on the upper floor and garden with west orientation. During the renovation in 2011, much emphasis was placed on a family-friendly, modern and open design. High quality materials, such as bamboo parquet, were used.
